我国证券投资基金监管制度研究

摘    要
在我国的金融市场中，证券投资基金已经是必不可少的金融产品，对其有效的监督有一定的现实意义。我国证券投资基金监管水平在不断完善中，但是在监管法律体系和基金内部治理方面仍然还存在着很多问题。对此为完善我国证券投资基金监管制度从以下几点出发：完善证券投资基金监管体制立法；优化证券投资基金治理结构；加强建设基金监管的外部制度环境；完善符合市场环境与监管目标的私力救济制度。

Abstract
In China's financial markets, securities investment funds is essential to financial products, their effective supervision have some practical significance. China's securities investment fund continuous improvement in regulatory standards, but in the supervision of the legal system and the Fund's internal governance is still a lot of problems still exist. This to improve China's securities investment funds regulatory regime starting from the following: improving the regulatory regime of securities investment funds legislation; to optimize the structure of securities investment fund management; regulation of funds to strengthen the construction of the external system environment; improve the market environment in line with the objectives and supervision of private power relief system.
