——高老太爷形象的双重因素分析
 

摘  要：高老太爷是《家》塑造的一个不朽形象。在文化方面他具有专横的“父权”，但在人伦方面却具有温情的“父亲”的不少方面。他是旧制度的执行者，年轻一代的爱情、幸福、生命等无一不为他所葬送，因此他成为高家悲剧的总根源，他的专横也扭曲着儿孙的性格；然而降到“人”的层面，他又具有勤勉、慈祥、温和的一面。这是一个文化与人的双面矛盾体，这一个形象的塑造，体现出作家高超的把握人物的能力。

Abstract：Milo Gao is an immortal figure created in the novel Jia.From the angle of culture, he possesses the dominating fatherhood,while from the angle of human relation,he is a warmhearted father.He is the performer who put the old institutions into effect, and bring the younger generation’love ,happyness and life into grave. Therefore,he is the primary cause of the tragedy,and his arbitariness distorts the personality of his posterity.But when we take a close look into him from the perspective of humanity,he is diligent,kind and gentle.Milo Gao is a contradictory body between culture and humanity which manifested the author’s excelent ability to portray characters.

在《家》中，巴金先生刻画了一系列经典的人物形象：被旧制度薰陶而失掉了反抗性格的觉新；一直坚持与旧制度抗衡的觉民、觉慧；被旧社会毒害而得过且过的克定、克明；大家庭的最高统治者高老太爷，等等，而对这个整个专横、专制传统的代表，巴金先生其实着墨并不多。
