影响黑龙江省上市公司经营业绩的因素分析

摘    要
黑龙江省上市公司主要分布在机械仪器、医药、造纸、服务、材料、电子信息、食品、工业和仓储运输等领域，其经营业绩相差较大，业绩不佳的上市公司比较多。影响黑龙江省上市公司经营业绩的因素有多种，基本可以分为外部因素和内部因素，其中内部因素主要有法人治理结构因素、非正常因素和战略决策因素，外部因素主要有行业因素和政策因素。应该采取适当对策提高黑龙江省上市公司的经营业绩，发挥其带动黑龙江省经济发展的作用，例如，提高上市公司信任度，提高企业盈利能力，加强和完善公司管理制度等。

Abstract
listed companies mainly distribute in mechanical instruments, medicine, papermaking, service, material, electronic information, food, industry and warehousing transportation and so on in Heilongjiang Province, but the difference of management achievements is great, and there are many listed companies that the achievements aren’t good. In the mean time, there are many kinds of factors to affect to listed companies in Heilongjiang Province. Those may divide into exterior factors and internal factors, in fact, internal factors mainly have govern the structure factors for the corporate, the unusual factors and the strategic decision factors, exterior factors mainly have the professional factors and the policy factors. We should take the suitable countermeasures to enhance operating performance of listed companies in Heilongjiang Province, to display the function to lead to economic development in Heilongjiang Province, for example, enhancement to confidence level of listed companies, sharpening enterprises profit ability, enhancement and perfection corporate management system and so on.
