内容摘要
本文以“迎宾”服务区作为分析对象,运用SWOT分析法对“迎宾”服务区进行了详细的调查和研究,通过分析发现该服务区受天气,地理位置等因素的影响存在淡旺季,有人力、物力资源大量浪费的问题。针对这一问题本文运用了多元化战略和成本领先战略模式,创新性地提出以下解决方案。在公司层面采取多元化战略实行高速公路服务区,旅游区、滑雪场共享人力资源与其他资源。在业务层面采取了成本领先战略模式节省人力成本,通过共同配送模式减低了运输成本。希望本研究能够对相关企业有所裨益,促进整个行业发展。

Abstract
With this diploma project, I selected the service center “Urikhan” located across the road as a main object of my research work and conducted the SWOT analysis on it and as a result of the analysis that I conducted, I found that the service center “Urikhan” located across the road has much losses of both tangibles and intangible assets because of the geographical location and characteristics of the weather. Within the framework of the strategy, I formulated the new strategic planning as choosing the Diversified strategy, Cost Leadership strategy. I chose the Diversified strategy for the Company level as well as I formulated the planning to mutually use the tangible and intangible assets through the season characteristics as operating the tourism camp and ski camp on the basis of the service center located across the road. I formulated the planning to save the expenses of working force as choosing the Cost Leadership strategy for the Operational level and saving the transportation cost through the Common Distribution pattern transportation.
This diploma project is aimed to assist the organizations in the concerned sector and give contribution to the development of such sector.
