安徽省桐城市农村基层秘书工作内容与状况的调查报告

摘  要：秘书学界关于机关秘书工作和企业秘书工作的研究甚多，研究成果也层出不穷，而对农村基层尤其是村委会的秘书工作关注却不够，就目前的情况看，不但在秘书学论著和教材中无人提及，就是报刊网络上也很少能看到有关这方面的文章或消息。据了解，在经历了新农村建设的大潮之后，农村基层管理方式发生了较大的变化，村委会的秘书工作内容也发生了变化，而工作中存在的许多问题也在不断呈现且亟待解决。为此，我们展开本次调查，旨在分析基层秘书工作的内容和现状以及工作中出现的各种情况和问题，为提高基层秘书自身综合素质，提高基层秘书工作效率寻找有效途径。

The Investigation Report
on the Work and the Status of the Secretary in Rural Area in the City of Tongcheng
 

Abstract: The amount of researches about the work of the secretaries in Departments and Units and in Enterprises is very large. The research results are also rich. However,we have paid little attention on the work about the secretaries in the rural grass-roots in particularly at the village committees. On the current situation, there is no article or message not only in the books on secretarial studies or materials, but also on internet. It is found out that after the new rural construction,the management in the The rural grass-roots have had many changes,the work of the secretaries there has had much transform.While,there are many problems have had appearing continuously. For these reasons, we carried on this investigation aimed at analyse the work and the status of the secretary of the villige grass-roots level and the problems appeared in their work, try to find out effective way to improve their general quality, increase the work efficiency of the villagers Committees.
