员工持股计划在我国的应用研究
 摘要
员工持股计划在世界各国的员工福利计划中都非常流行，它不只可以作为员工福利的手段还可以为公司治理带来改革更可以影响到公司经营状况。在我国员工持股计划还处于刚起步的阶段，且政策环境、实际的运营状况与国外差距很大，该计划属于试水阶段。本文旨在分析员工持股计划究竟会对上市公司起什么影响，并对我国员工持股计划的开展提出建议。本文将介绍有关持股计划的相关理论，发掘在理论层面实行员工持股计划为企业带来的好处，再介绍上市公司现行的员工持股计划方案的模式和运行程序，然后再用实际的数据观测员工持股计划对上市公司业绩的影响，最后提出相应的政策建议。该建议会对我国上市公司和政府监督部门有一定的参考价值。

The Influence of ESOP to Listed Company in China
Abstract

 Employee stock ownership plan(ESOP) is now popular in the whole world. A firm's adoption of an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) which is used to be an employee welfare project has been hypothesized to increase employee productivity. Resulting employee productivity is hypothesized to improve firm profitability and thus ultimately improve stock performance. In my study, there will be how the ESOP does in China and its influence. It has a lot of advantages which haven’t use in China and there is still many obstructions that need us to take over.
