证券市场的监管问题研究

摘  要
我国证券市场不断发展，为我国的经济建设，发挥了重要的作用。如何改进监管制度，建立一个高效、有序的市场体系，营造一个公平、公正的市场环境，使我国证券市场向更高的层次迈进，成为理论界不断深入研究的一个重要课题。现阶段我国上市公司和证券经营机构的治理还存在结构不完善、法律法规不健全、立法滞后等问题。
因此针对如何完善证券监管法律法规体系加强执法力度，加强监管部门的法律地位，以及证券业自律监管、信息披露等提出相关措施。

Abstract
The continuous development of China's securities market for China's economic construction, played an important role. How to improve the regulatory system, the establishment of an efficient and orderly market system, to create a fair, equitable market environment in which China's securities market to a higher level of forward and become the theory of the continuous in-depth study of an important subject. At this stage of China's listed companies and securities institutions of governance still exist in the structure of imperfect, inadequate laws and regulations, legislation and other issues lagged.Thus how to improve the securities regulatory system of laws and regulations to strengthen law enforcement and regulatory authorities to strengthen the legal status, as well as the securities industry self-regulation, information disclosure and so on relevant measures.
