篮球运动对高校大学生素质教育促进作用的探讨
摘要:篮球运动是一项群众基础好，开展范围广大学生非常喜欢的运动项目，对大学生的吸引力很大，由于篮球的魅力和特点在学校体育中发挥独特的作用。篮球运动做作为普通高校体育教学内容的重要手段，无论从篮球运动的竞技性、健身性、娱乐性还是从全面发展身体素质的方面，都可以作为素质教育的重要内容和手段，对促进大学生素质教育具有重要作用，对培养全面发展，适应现代社会需求的优秀人才，具有积极的促进作用。

Abstract: Basketball is an item of mass base is good, the development scope general students like the movement project, the attraction is very big to the university student, because basketball's charm and the characteristic play the unique role in the school sports. ; The cage game does takes the ordinary university sports course content the important means that regardless of from cage game's athletics, the fitness, the entertainment from the full scale development physical quality's aspect, may take the education for all-around development the important content and the method, to promotes the university student education for all-around development to have the influential role, to raises the full scale development, the adaptation modern society demand outstanding talent, has the positive promoter action.
