有氧健身操对女大学生身体形态及机能的影响
摘     要
目的:探讨有氧健身操对女大学生身体形态及机能的影响。方法:采用人体测量学方法,测量、比较了体育学院健美操专选女大学生17人,非健美操专选的体育专业女大学生17人,非体育系女大学生17人的身高、体重、胸围、腰围、臀围、上肢长、下肢长、俯卧撑、纵叉、平衡、收缩压、舒张压、心率、脂肪率、身体质量指数。结果:健美操组与非健美操组相比,健美操组在体重、胸围、腰围、臀围、心率、脂肪率、身体质量数(BMI)上明显小于非健美操组(P<0.05),并且健美操组的俯卧撑、纵叉、平衡上明显好于非健美操组(P<0.05)。健美操组与非体育组相比,健美操组的臀围、心率、脂肪率、身体质量指数(BMI)上明显小于非体育组(P<0.05),并且健美操组在俯卧撑、纵叉、平衡上明显好于非体育组(P<0.05)。结论:经常坚持有氧健身操锻炼能改善女大学生的身体形态,促进生理机能提高,有利于增强身体素质。

Abstract
Objective: The discussion has the oxygen gymnastic exercises to the female university student body shape and the function influence. Method: Used the anthropometry method, the survey, compares the sports institute healthily to hold specially chooses the female university student 17 people, non- healthily held the sports specialized female university student 17 people which specially elected, the non- sports was the female university student 17 person of heights, the body weight, the chest measurement, the waist, the buttocks encircle, the upper limb long, the lower limb is long, the push-up, the vertical fork, the balance, the systolic pressure, the diastolic pressure, the heart rate, the fat rate, the body performance figure. Result: Healthily holds the group with non- healthily to hold the group to compare, healthily holds the group in the body weight, the chest measurement, the waist, the buttocks encircle ,the heart rate, the fat rate, the body performance figure (BMI) on obviously is smaller than non- healthily holds the group (P<0.05), and healthily holds the group in the push-up, the vertical fork, the balance obvious is good to non- healthily holds the group (P<0.05). Healthily holds the group to compare with the non- athletic section, healthily holds the group the buttocks encircle, the heart rate, the fat rate, the body performance figure (BMI) on obviously is smaller than the non- athletic section (P<0.05), and healthily holds the group in the push-up, the vertical fork, the balance obvious is good to the non- athletic section (P<0.05). Conclusion: Frequently persisted has the oxygen gymnastic exercises exercise to be able to improve the female university student's bodily shape, the promotion physiology function enhances, is advantageous to the enhancement physical quality.
