税务师事务所客户信息管理系统的设计与实现（DELPHI）
 摘  要：我国的税务师事务所随着社会主义市场经济的发展而兴起，以代理与税收相关的事务为其主要业务。本文首先介绍了税务师事务所的起源，及其经营模式，接下来分析了税务师事务所的业务流程，在此基础上对其客户信息管理系统进行了系统的模块划分，将系统模块划分为基础数据、协议管理、收费管理、票据管理、统计分析和系统管理等六大功能模块。最后，对本次系统开发工作进行总结和展望。

Design and Implementation of Customer Information Management System for Rui Cheng Tax Accountant Agent

Abstract: The rise of Tax Accountant Agent in China develops with the development of socialist market economy, the agent and tax.related issues as its main businesses. This paper first introduces the origin of Tax Accountant Agent, and its business model, then analyses Tax Accountant Agent’s  business process and on the basis of this, it does the system division of the modules of its customer information management, divided it into six functional modules: basic data, protocol management, charge management, bill management, statistical analysis and system management. Finally, this paper summarizes and outlooks the system development work.
