民营上市公司企业资本结构优化—以xx为例
摘　要:资本结构的合理性一直是财务理论和实践中人们十分关注的问题。我国资本市场发展尚不健全,融资约束条件也比较多,形成了我国上市公司特殊的资本结构和融资偏好。近几年,我国上市公司在大量进行股权融资之后,只有部分公司的经营业绩有所改善,大部分公司的经营业绩并没有得到提高，甚至,有不少公司的营业绩还逐年下降,从中暴露出我国上市公司的资本结构存在不合理性,不利于上市公司的长远发展,且对我国资本市场的进一步完善有一定影响。因此,如何优化我国上市公司的资本结构,提高上市公司的经营业绩,成为急需解决的问题。本文将以杭萧钢构股份有限公司为例，分析了我国上市公司资本结构形成的原因,在此基础上,重点探讨了优化我国上市公司资本结构的对策建议。

Abstract：The rationality of capital structure has been financial theory and practice, people pay much attention to the problem. China's capital market development is unsound, financing constraints, formed is more also listed companies in China special capital structure and financing preference. In recent years, China's listed companies in after a lot of equity financing, only part of company performance improved, most of the company's operating performance and no improvement, many companies, even the camp has been declining and also from performance of exposed to the capital structure of the Chinese listed companies, to the detriment of existing irrationality of listed companies, and long-term development of the capital market of our country have certain influence to further perfect. Therefore, how to optimize capital structure of the Chinese listed companies, and improve the performance of listed companies, has become an urgent need to solve the problem. This paper will take into hangxiao Co., LTD in China as an example, analyzes the status of Chinese listed company capital structure reasons, and on this basis, and probes into the capital structure optimization of listed companies in China countermeasures and Suggestions.
