摘  要: 作为一名秘书应具备较强的接待工作能力,而在纷繁复杂的接待工作过程中,茶、酒以及咖啡常常扮演着较为重要的角色。民谚云“麻雀虽小五脏俱全”, 茶、酒以及咖啡虽然是日常生活中常见的饮品,但其中的学问、讲究不一而足。以茶为例,就可以分为茶的选择、茶具准备、茶的冲泡以及茶的敬奉事宜等四个方面。作为一名秘书,在接待工作中如果能够掌握一定的茶事修养,就可以轻松的应对客人(来访者),能够很好的展示本单位的形象,为促成双方的合作提供了重要的客观条件。与此同时,也可以体现出秘书自身的修养和品位,有利于活跃交谈气氛、营造交谈环境,拉近和客人(来访者)的距离。

Abstract:As a secretary, a good ability to do reception work should be equipped. However, in the course of complex reception work, tea、wine and coffee usually play an important role. As the proverb says: though a sparrow is small, it has complete organs. Although tea、wine and coffee are common drinks in our daily life, they have various daintily.Take tea for example, it deals in the choice of tea、the preparation of cups、the way of making tea and pouring tea.If a secretary can master a certain knowledge of tea in the course of reception work, he or she can do the reception well,which could show the image of the agent very well and promote the cooperation. In the meanwhile, the secretary’s good quality and character can also be shown, thus helping creat an atmosphere for talking and bridging the gap between the secretary and visitors.
