网络著作权侵权行为研究
摘要：网络技术是一把双刃剑。伴随网络技术的飞速发展，互联网给传统的著作权制度带来了许多新的挑战，尤其当前对网络著作权侵权研究的欠缺，网络著作权侵权行为呈现上升趋势。网络著作权应充分利用现行法律法规进行保护；构建网络环境下著作权集体管理制度；明确网络著作权侵权赔偿标准。同时，网络著作权人还可以采取控制作品、控制使用作品、保证支付报酬等技术措施，从而保证网络著作权不受侵害。
Abstract: Network technology is a double-edged sword. Along with the rapid development of network, the Internet to traditional copyright system brought many new challenges, especially the current network copyright infringement of the lack of research, the network copyright infringement behavior showed a rising trend. Network copyright should make full use of existing laws and regulations on the protection; Under the network environment, constructing collective management of copyright system; Clear network copyright infringement compensation standards. At the same time, the copyright owners can also take the control works, control to use works, guarantee to pay the remuneration, etc, so as to ensure network technical measures are not infringed the copyright.
