企业知识产权管理的组织机构设计
摘  要
知识产权是现代企业的一项重要的财富和无形资产，影响着企业的生存和发展，因而企业知识产权管理在企业的经营中有着举足轻重的地位。我国的知识产权建设起步较晚，起点较低。纵观我国企业的知识产权管理现状，大多数企业的知识产权管理处于亟待建立和完善甚至完全空白的局面，存在着知识产权管理制度和管理机构不完善等问题，要加强和完善企业的知识产权管理，首先必须建立企业知识产权管理的组织机构体系。对于企业知识产权管理的组织机构设计，国内外的相关文献资料都有涉及，国内外的某些企业在具体实践中也有值得借鉴的经验。本文以企业知识产权管理的组织机构设计为中心，对企业知识产权管理的主要内容以及主要任务与职责进行了概述，对企业知识产权管理组织机构的主要形式进行了概括，并结合组织行为学的观点，对企业知识产权管理的组织机构设计的指导思想、基本原则、步骤进行了比较全面的阐述，对知识产权管理组织机构设计的具体实践工作中的相关注意事项也提出了针对性的建议，以期对我国企业的知识产权管理组织机构体系的建立和完善有所帮助，促进企业的快速健康发展。

Abstract
Intellectual property is an important wealth and intangible assets of the modern enterprises. It affects the survival and development of enterprises, so enterprise intellectual property management plays a vital role in the management of many enterprises. In China, intellectual property construction started later, and the starting point is lower. Throughout the enterprises’ intellectual property management status of our country, most enterprises need to establish and perfect the situation urgently; even some of them are completely blank in this area. There are many problems, for example, the intellectual property management system and management agencies are imperfect. To strengthen and improve enterprises’ intellectual property management, firstly we must establish enterprise intellectual property management organization system.  For enterprise intellectual property management organization design, there are relevant documents both at home and abroad. There are also many practical experience from some domestic and foreign companies. This thesis is based on the enterprise intellectual property management organization design. It summarizes the main contents and main tasks and responsibilities about the enterprise intellectual property management. Then the main forms of the management organization are summarized. And combined with the view of organizational behavior, I have generalized the guiding ideology, basic principles, steps that we use in the enterprise's intellectual property management organization design. At last, I have put forward some suggestions to the relevant precautions in practical design work. I hope they may be useful to the establishing and improvement of the enterprises’ intellectual property management organization system, to promote enterprises’ rapid and healthy development.
