我国境外经贸合作区的建设与发展研究

    论文从界定境外经贸合作区的含义、阐述发展中国家对外直接投资理论理论着手，探寻境外经贸合作区的动因及优势，构造境外经济贸易合作区建设的理论框架。进而在搜集整理目前商务部己批准建设的19个境外经贸合作区资料的基础上，从投资地、产业选择、建设规模、牵头企业、园区模式等方面综合分析了我国境外经贸合作区的建设背景、发展特点，并分类归纳了几种发展路径。然后，从我国境外经贸合作区建设的实际情况出发，就目前合作区建设中存在的部分东道国投资环境欠佳、企业融资困难、缺乏从事国际经营管理人才、合作区建设定位不明确等问题，从政府和企业两个层面提出对策建议。

ABSTRACT

     This thesis begins with the definition of OETCZ，reviews and summarizes the theories，including foreign direct investment theories of developing countries， analyses the reasons why OETCZs are needed and what are their advantages，、this section tried to construct the frame of theory for OETCZ．By collecting and sorting documents of the 1 9 OETCZs approved by the ministry of business，this dissertation analyses background and the developing of OETCZs in some respects，included the investment destination、industry selection、construction scale、park mode and leading company,then summed up some developing routes．Then，according to the situation of Chinese economy, the problems appeared during the construction of OETCZs，which include investment environment、difficulties in financing、talents deficiency and confusion of OETCZs’position，and then brings forward strategies for the government and firms on the basis of theories study and cases study．
