xx区垃圾分类收集的居民意愿研究
摘 要
近年来, 随着城市化进程的加快, 我国城市垃圾总量以每年3% - 5% 的速度迅速增长, 有效地对城市生活垃圾进行管理和处置已经提上议事日程。生活垃圾的分类收集作为城市垃圾管理、处置的起点, 可以实现垃圾的减量化、无害化、资源化。为揭示抚顺市望花区生活垃圾分类收集开展的现状及存在的问题, 分析其开展的现实可行性,本文对抚顺市望花区生活垃圾分类收集状况进行了问卷调查, 并对调查结果进行了统计分析。概述了城市生活垃圾的分类标准及分类方法。采用简单随机抽样，发放问卷200份，其中有效问卷数为190份，结果表明：56.5％居民了解垃圾分类的意义，84.2％的居民支持垃圾的分类收集，反对的占5.7％ ，10.1％的表示无所谓。有72.6%表示非常大或比较大可能长期坚持垃圾分类。91.6%的居民愿意承担部分垃圾收运、处理费用，51.1%的居民愿每月支付5～10元。居民的环保知识甚少，应加大宣传力度。居民对垃圾分类收集的意愿主要与年龄，职业，受教育程度，及家庭收入水平有关。居民对环保知识回答的正确率高低与受教育程度有关，文化程度处于高中和大学的居民对垃圾分类意识最为鲜明。

Abstract
In recent years, with the accelerated process of urbanization, the speed of municipal waste growth is 3%-5% per year in our country . Effective management of urban solid waste and disposal has been put on the agenda. As a starting point of municipal solid waste management and disposal, the separate waste collection can reduce waste amount, make waste harmless and recycle. In order to reveal the current situation and question of garbage collection in Wanghua District in Fushun and analyze the feasibility, the questionnaire survey about it were carried out, and the results were analyzed statistically. The classification standards and method of municipal solid waste were summarized. Giving out 200 questionnaire by simple random sampling, the valid questionnaires is 190.The results showed that 56.5％ residents understand the meaning of garbage classification, 84.2％ support it, 5.7％ object, 10.1％ do not care .72.6% residents may separate waste for a long time. 91.6% residents are willing to pay some for garbage collecting and disposing, 51.1% would like to pay 5-10 yuan per month. Because of residents little environmental knowledge, propaganda should be done more. Inhabitants wish on garbage separate collection is in relation to age, profession, education status and household income. Residents answers to environmental knowledge are in relation to education status, people with education in high school and college can separate garbage t obviously.
