摘  要
新校区的建设为学校的进一步发展提供了新的支撑,如何建设好新校区已成为目前国内大多数高校共同关注的重要问题。
该建设项目为学校建设,主要控制生活污水及实验室污水对地表水、地下水环境的污染、以及固体废弃物对周围环境产生的污染。该项目主要环境影响是项目施工期及项目运营期人类活动引起的周围环境生态功能的改变特别对水环境造成的一定影响。根据拟建工程“三废”排放情况以及周围环境质量现状,本次评价拟选取的环境空气、地下水、噪声现状评价因子。
本文研究了校区改造的必要性、可行性,研究了校区改造的范围、特点,研究了校区改造中的环境评价因子,研究了校区改造中的项目管理方法,对生态环境、地下水环境、噪声、固体废物等进行调查与分析,提出相关解决措施及保护对策。

Abstract
The new campus building provide the new support for the school's development .How to build a new campus has become an important issue of most common university.
The construction project of university building focus on the main environmental pollution effect of the laboratory sewage effluent and solid waste pollution on the surrounding environment. Major environmental impacts of the project are environmental effects resulted by human activities around the environmental ecological function within the project construction and project operation period especially for the surface water and groundwater. According to generation of the waste and wastewater and the surrounding environmental quality in the proposed project, ambient air, groundwater, noise are selected as the Evaluation factor of this evaluation
In this paper, research is carried on the campus construction of necessity, feasibility, characteristics and scope of the campus transformation, the environmental assessment factors in the campus transformation and project management methods in the campus transformation. Relevant solutions and conservation strategies are proposed by investigation and analysis of the ecological environment, water, noise, solid waste.
