氨基酸Schiff碱的合成与表征
摘要:氨基酸(对氨基苯甲酸、L-酪氨酸、L-酪氨酸甲酯、L-苯丙氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐等)与对甲氧基苯甲醛、盐酸吡哆醛、对苯二甲醛、香兰素及糠醛反应,生成相应的Schiff碱。本实验通过改变反应条件如温度、溶剂、pH值等使反应尽可能完全。许多氨基酸不溶于乙醇溶液,醛在反应过程中又极易被氧化,生成的大多数Schiff碱与氨基酸的溶解度相似,很难分离出来。我们采用重结晶、萃取、柱层析等方法对产物进行分离和提纯。本课题用对氨基苯甲酸与对甲氧基苯甲醛反应,生成的固体经重结晶得到纯品。用紫外光谱、荧光光谱、核磁共振谱等分析方法进行结构表征。

Synthesis and characterization of
amino acid Schiff bases
 
Abstract: Several amino acid Schiff bases were synthesized using amino acids (p-aminobenzoicacid, L-tyrosine, L-tyrosine methyl ester, L-phenylalanine, L-phenylalanine methyl ester hydrochloride) with p-anisaldehyde, pyridoxal hydrochloride, 1,4-phthalaldehyde, vanillin or furfural. We changed the reaction conditions such as temperature, solvent, pH to finishing the reaction as completely as possible. Bad soluble of many amino acids in ethanol, and easy oxidation of aldehyde in reaction process, similar solubility of most Schiff bases and amino acids, that result Schiff bases difficult to separate. The issue with the use of the para-aminobenzoic acid and p-methoxybenzaldehyde, the product was crystallized by pure .The products were separated and purified by recrystallization, extraction, column chromatography and characterized by UV-vis spectra, fluorescence spectra, 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
