电力有限公司财务管理问题研究
摘 要
韶兴电力有限公司是以电力生产为主的有限公司，本文论题是韶兴有限公司财务管理问题研究。韶兴电力有限公司是韶关市中小企业效益经济的重要部分，对解决本地的就业问题起了很大的作用。在市场经济和现代企业制度的逐步建立和完善，电力业的崛起，企业的财务活动范围日益扩大，财务管理也是显得越来越重要。企业一旦完成了资本的原始积累，在进入资本化，规模经营时，许多先天不足和缺陷就逐渐暴露出来，使中小企业的财务管理状况不容乐观。本文就从韶兴电力有限公司的现状入手，分析了该公司的财务管理在其产权结构，管理意识，机构设置、配备、资金管理、成本管理、外部监督等方面存的主要不足，分别从中以企业的现代企业制度、财务制度、资金管理、成本控制，员工素质及企业外部的市场环境融资渠道，会计监督等方面，提出了加强韶兴电力有限公司财务管理的建议和意见，以促进韶兴电力有限公司的财务管理，进一步提高公司在生产经营活动中，有章可循，心中有数，以制度约束自己的行为，使公司的持续、健康、快速的发展。

Abstract
The ShaoXing Electric Power Limited Company take the electric power production as the main limited company, the theory of this thesis is the investigation of the finance management problem of the ShaoXing Electric Power Limited Company.The ShaoXing Electric Power Limited Company performs the important part of the beneficial result of business enterprises in miniature in the ShaoGuan city,it have the very big function towards resolving the local employment problem.In the gradually build up of the market economy and modern business enterprise system and perfect,the rise of the electric power industry, the finance movable scope of the business enterprise extends increasingly, the finance management also is to seem to be more and more important.Business enterprise once completed the original accumulation of the capital, at entering the capitalization and the scale management, many shortage and blemishs come out gradually, making the finance management of the minitype business enterprise to decay.This thesis commenced in the present situation of the ShaoXing Electric Power Limited Company, analyze the main shortages consist in the finance management of the company by the framework of the property right,the management consciousness,the organization setting, the equipments,the funds management,the cost management and exterior intendance etc. ,the suggestion and opinion that is put forward to strengthen the ShaoXing Electric Power Limited Company finance management according to the modern business enterprise system, finance system of the business enterprise,the funds management,the cost control, employee's diathesis and the exterior market environment financing approachs of the business enterprise,and the accountancy intendance etc.,to boost the finance management of the ShaoXing Electric Power Limited Company, further improve the company in produce management activities,therefor,orderly ways can be followed,to know farely well,to controled its conduct with the system, make the company developing continuously, health,and fast.
