强制隔离戒毒工作管理研究
 摘 要
毒品问题是一个世界性难题，是21世纪最为严重的全球公害和全人类的公敌之一。2007年12月全国人民代表大会常务委员会通过的《中华人民共和国禁毒法》规定对吸毒成瘾并拒绝进行社区矫治的实行强制隔离戒毒。自小耳濡目染监狱劳教人民警察管理教育涉毒型罪犯、吸毒型劳教和强制隔离戒毒人员，深深体会到管理教育工作的艰辛。
本文试图以劳教场所强制隔离戒毒工作为研究对象，通过查阅资料、调查了解和专题讨论等研究方法，研究探索劳教场所强制隔离戒毒管理模式、工作机制、创新方法以及目前存在的问题和解决对策，从而切实提升强制隔离戒毒人员戒治质量，为降低强制隔离戒毒人员复吸率、维护社会和谐稳定作出积极贡献。

Abstract
The drug problem is a worldwide problem, is the 21st century, the most serious global pollution and the public enemy of all mankind is one. December 2007 National People's Congress Standing Committee adopted the “People's Republic of drug laws, provides for addiction and refusal to compulsory community treatment of isolated drug rehabilitation. Prison inmates monasteries childhood education, drug-related type of people police administration, criminal, drug-based detention and compulsory quarantine treatment staff, deeply appreciate the hard work of management education.
This article attempts to place mandatory detention isolation study drug work, through access to information, investigate and understand the research methods and thematic discussions, study and explore the treatment management of detention places compulsory isolation mode, the working mechanisms and innovative ways to effectively enhance the compulsory isolation drug addicts quit Governance quality, to reduce the relapse rate of drug addicts forced isolation, maintaining social harmony and stability to make a positive contribution.
