摘 要:合理提问是教师引导学生积极思考、培养学生认知能力、分析能力和创新能力的重要手段。教师提问并非随意发问,必须有明确的目的。英语课堂提问可分为展示性问题和咨询性问题。文章针对英语课堂提问中存在的展示性问题远远多于咨询性问题的现象,提出了咨询性问题的比例在教师的课堂上应有意识地予以增加来激发学生自主学习,并进一步提出了如何设计咨询性问题的独到见解。问题的难度要符合学生的认知水平。教师要活跃课堂气氛,就必须灵活运用多种提问方法。另外,提问后给学生足够的思考时间是教师课堂提问的重要策略之一。有效的课堂提问要求教师不能忽视提问的艺术和原则。

English Teachers’ Tactics of Raising Questions in Class
Abstract: Raising questions reasonably is an important way that the teacher arrange the students to think positively and develop their cognitive ability, analysing ability and innovative ability. The teacher should have a clear purpose in raising questions, avoiding asking questions at random. The types of raising questions in the English class can be divided into display questions and referential questions. According to the phenomena that there are more display questions than referential questions in the English class, the article suggests that the teacher should increase the proportion of referential questions consciously to stimulate the students to study autonomously .Further more, an original view on how to design the referential questions is put forward. The difficult level of questions asked must conform to students’ cognitive level. As to teachers, they must adapt many methods of raising questions flexibly in order to activate the atmosphere of the class, In addition, it is one of the most important tactics for a teacher in the class to give students enough time for thinking. Efficient questions-asked in the class requires teachers not to ignore the art and principle of raising questions.
