基于电阻抗的复合材料冲击定位研究
摘  要
近年来,纤维增强复合材料在工程中的应用迅猛增长,主要是代替传统的金属材料,用于飞机制造、汽车制造、造船等领域,特别是在航空、舰艇、核能等领域尤其受到重用。然而,在复合材料结构件的使用过程中有可能由于疲劳、过载、冲击而导致材料受到破坏,甚至导致整个结构件的报废,造成重大安全事故。并且,复合材料在生产过程中工艺不稳定,缺陷无法完全避免和检查,在使用过程中受冲击或疲劳等载荷的作用下极易发生损伤直至破坏,因此对纤维增强型复合材料进行损伤检测和健康监测显得尤为重要。
本论文主要针对航空用、碳纤维布制成的复合材料,进行健康诊断的基础研究。主要工作有:
首先,研究了复合材料在自然环境下和在硅油中的电阻变化;
其次,研究了高温下复合材料的阻抗;
最后,本文重点对玻璃纤维增强树脂基导电复合材料的冲击-电阻关系进行了研究,实验数据显示,导电复合材料主要的导电方式是接触式,除了接触式导电,一定还有其他的导电方式。场发射和隧道效应都可能存在。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, more and more fiber reinforced composites are used in manufacture of planes, automobiles, ships, etc. They can replace most conventional materials such as metal in many areas. They are the particularly important in those areas such as aerospace, naval ship and nuclear energy. However, during the life of composite structure to be used, it may be suffering damage and even result in the entire structure of the scrapped due to fatigue, overloading and the impact, which causing major security incidents. And within the production process of composite materials, there are many instable factors, defects can not be totally avoided and inspected. So it can be easily injuried until the damage occurred when there are impact or fatigue load. So, the damage detection and real-time monitoring of carbon fiber reinforced composite material is very important.
The research focuses on aviation, made of carbon fiber composite materials, health diagnosis Basic research. Main tasks are:
First of all, the composite materials in the natural environment and the resistance change in silicone oil;
Secondly, the study of composite materials under high temperature resistance;
Conductive conductive composite main way iscontact,In addition to contact conductive, the conductivity of some other way. Field emission and tunnel effect may exist.
