紫外光固化光纤涂层材料性能的研究
摘    要
紫外光固化涂料以其优异的性能和绿色环保特性取得了高速的增长和广泛的应用。本文主要对耐热性的UV固化光纤涂料的性能进行了研究。
环氧丙稀酸酯和聚氨酯丙烯酸酯是两种紫外光固化涂料中运用得最多的光敏预聚物。环氧丙烯酸酯具有抗化学腐蚀性好,附着力强,涂膜硬度高以及价钱便宜等众多优点,但其也有一些缺点,如柔韧性差。而聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和环氧丙烯酸酯除了在高固化速度上性质相同外,它们对以固化涂层的性质的影响是相反的。这使得我们可以将它们混合在一起来得到一些拥有我们所需性质的涂料。
本文先采用环氧丙烯酸酯和聚氨酯丙烯酸酯按1:1混合,按不同的比例加入两种稀释剂,通过对固化度,硬度以及拉伸强度等性能的分析确定稀释剂的最佳比例。然后改变环氧丙烯酸酯与聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的比例,以同样的方法确定两者之间的最适比例。

Abstract
UV-curable coatings have made rapid growth and extensive application for their excellent performance and enviromental protection virtue. In this dissertation, proterty of heat resitance UV-curing optial fiber coating was stuied.
Among UV-curable coatings, Epoxy acrylice resin(EA) and polyethylene urethane acrylate(PUA) are both a kind of photosensitive preporlyner that have been used generally.EA possesses a lot of virtues,for instance,chemical resistance,good adhesion to galss,high hardness of film and low cost.It also has some shortages,such as, low flexiblility. PUA and EA possess the contrary effect on the properties of cured film except for the high cure speed,which provide an opportunity to blend them together to obtain different coating with desired properties.
In order to achieve the goal,at first,EA and PUA were blended in the proportion 1:1,then we injected TMPTA and TMPDA into the compound.According to the property of compounds,such as, degree of cure, hardness and tensile strength,we could confirmed optimum porportion between TMPTA and TMPDA. Similarly the appropriate porportion between PUA and EA could be obtained with same manner.
