摘    要
为满足汽车减轻自身质量和提高性能的要求,将柴油机气缸盖用蠕墨铸铁代替原来的低合金铸铁。本文通过实验研究了用传统型蠕化剂和新型蠕化剂情况下蠕墨铸铁的石墨形态、化学成分和力学性能,从而探讨蠕墨铸铁的显微组织特征、力学性能和工艺特征。探讨不同蠕化剂及蠕化剂加入量对蠕墨铸铁的石墨形态和性能的影响,最后确定新型高效蠕化剂生产技术的关键。实验结果表明,最佳的蠕墨铸铁残余镁的质量分数为0.015%~0.022%,残余稀土的质量分数为0.068%~0.098%,该条件下蠕化率能达到50%~80%。研究结果为柴油发动机缸体的稳定生产奠定了理论基础。

Abstract
In order to meet the requirement of automobile lightweight and improvement of performance,compacted graphite iron replaces low alloy cast iron to produce diesel cylinder head. This paper study the graphite morphology,chemical composition and mechanical properties of compacted graphite iron which use traditional and new  vermicularizing, so we can get the graphite morphology ,chemical properties and process features. In addition, we should also study the effects of using different vermicularizing and the different dosages of vermicularizing on graphite morphology and properties of compacted graphite iron, and decides the key technologies of new and high-efficient vermicularizing. The results show that the best concentration of residual Magnesium in vermicular cast iron is 0.015%~0.022%, under this condition vermicularity can reach 50%~80%, which will provide theoretical principle to the steady product of compacted graphite irons.
