啤酒废水处理工艺设计
摘 要
本设计为某啤酒废水处理工艺设计。啤酒废水水质的主要特点是含有大量的有机物，属高浓度有机废水，故其化学需氧量、生化需氧量较大。该啤酒废水处理厂的处理水量为3000 ,原污水中各项指标为：BOD浓度为1600 ,COD浓度为2500 ，SS浓度为500 。本设计从好氧、厌氧生物处理两个方面考虑了废水处理工艺，提出了UASB+CASS的组合工艺流程。
啤酒废水先经过格栅、集水池，然后进入调节池进行水量调节、UASB反应器进行厌氧硝化、CASS反应池进行好氧处理，最后进入除磷池除去废水中少量的磷。本工艺流程可将废水COD由2500 降到小于100 ，BOD由1600 降到30 以下。出水水质达到国家二级标准。
本设计中各构筑物的计算结果如下：格栅栅条间隙数为11个，栅槽宽度为0.6m，栅槽总长度为2.2m。栅前水头损失为0.275m，栅后水头损失为0.137m。集水池长为10m，宽为8.4m，高为3m，集水池的容积利用率为85%。UASB反应器选用矩形池，长为21m，宽为12m，高为7.5m。容积利用率为85%。设计六个三相分离器。CASS反应池设置4个，2个一组，交替使用一天。外形尺寸长为21m，宽为25.6m，高为5.5m。

Beer Wastewater Process Design
Abstract
A treatment technology of beer waste water is designed. The main distinguishing feature of the beer waste water is that it contains the massive organic matter, so it is belonged to the high concentration organic waste water, therefore its biochemical oxygen demand and chemistry oxygen demand are also high.The capacity of the waste water which needs to be treatmented in the beer waste water treatment plant is 3000 , Various indexes in the sewage are: the concentration of BOD is 1600 , the concentration of COD is 2500 , the concentration of SS is 500 .The biological processing techniques of aerobic and anacrbic treatment was considered in the design.The main process technology of the beer waste water disposal station is defined as UASB+CASS.
The beer waste water pass the screens and the wastewater collector firstly.The quality of the waste water was accommodated in the accommodated pond.The water leaving the accommodated pond was anaerobic nitration in UASB reactor,Then,the water flows into the CASS reactor started aerobic treatment.The phosphorus of wastewater was removed in the removal phosphorus pond.The concentration of COD reduced from 2500 to less than 100 ,the concentration of BOD reduced from 1600 to less than 30 .The effluent quality of water was reached Grade Two National Standard.
The calculation results of each structure of the design are as follows:the number of gap in the screen is 11. The total length of screen is 2.2m.The head loss is 0.275m. The length of wastewater collector is 10m,the wide of it is 8.4m,the height of it is 3m.The capacity utilization of it is 85%. The UASB reactor is rectangle.The length of it is 21m,the wide is 12m,the height is 7.5m.Six three-phase separators are designed in the UASB reactor.The capacity utilization of it is 85%. It sets four CASS reactors,and this four CASS is set into two groups,each group is used alternately every day.The length of it is 21m,the wide is 25.6m,the height is 5.5m.
