50000t/d的城市污水处理厂设计
摘  要
该项目是城市生活污水处理厂的设计。其建设目的是为了净化城市污水,降低出水中氮和磷的浓度。通过对氮和磷浓度的控制,防止水体富营养化的发生。污水处理厂的设计处理水量为50000 。原水中各项指标的浓度为:COD的浓度范围为≤300 mg/L,BOD5的浓度范围为≤200 mg/L,SS的浓度范围为≤200 mg/L,NH3―N的浓度范围为≤30mg/L,TP的浓度范围为≤4mg/L。要求达到的出水水质标准为:COD≤60 mg/L,BOD5≤20 mg/L,SS≤15 mg/L,NH3―N ≤15 mg/L,TP≤0.5 mg/L。
通过方案论证比较,该污水厂选用A2/O处理工艺,出水执行(GB8978—1996)一级标准。A2/O工艺流程简单,总水力停留时间也少于同类其他工艺。该工艺也适合于流量较大的大中型污水处理厂。工艺流程如下:原污水→格栅→提升泵房→沉砂池→初沉池→A2/0反应池→二沉池→接触池;二沉池→泵房→浓缩池→贮泥池→脱水间→泥饼外运;初沉池→贮泥池→脱水间→泥饼外运。
本文还介绍了该工艺的主要构筑物特点和工艺运行参数。每个处理单元的具体形式及尺寸大小通过后面的设计计算确定。

The design of sewage treatment plant of 50,000 t/d
 
Abstract
The project we are to design belongs to the urban sewage treatment plant. In order to reduce the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in effluent, the treatment plant is carried out purify the urban sewage. Through it control the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus, to prevent the occurrence of Eutrophication. The designed flows of treatment plant is50000 . The quantity of the raw waste water is: the concentration of COD ranging from300 mg/L; the concentration of BOD5 ranging from 200 mg/L; the concentration of SS ranging from 200 mg/L; the concentration of NH3―N ranging from 15mg/L; the concentration of TP ranging from 0.5mg/L. The effluent standards required is: COD ≤60mg/L; BOD5 ≤20 mg/L; SS ≤15 mg/L; NH3―N ≤15 mg/L; TP ≤0.5 mg/L.
According to the scheme that has been proofed, A2/O process was used in this treatment plant to meet the secondary standards of urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards(GB8978-1996). A2/O process is simple and its total hydraulic retention time is also less than other similar technology. The process is also suitable for larger flows of large and medium-sized sewage treatment plants. The technological process is as the following:
Sewage → First bar screen → Pumping station →Sinking sand pool→ tank → A2/O process → Secondary sedimentation tank →Contact pool.
Secondary sedimentation tank → Sludge → Pumping station →Storage basins → Sludge dewatering system → Sludge cake.
Sinking sand pool→Storage basins→Sludge dewatering system→Sludge cake.
This paper also introduces the process of major facilities and design operational parameters. The shapes of the structures are fixed through the following calculation.
