摘 要:随着张家界星级酒店数量、层次的大幅增加和提高,顾客对高星级酒店的服务质量要求越来越高,因此提升员工的组织公民行为,已成为酒店面临的迫切问题。许多研究者都认为组织公民行为能持久提升组织的整体绩效。本文试图在揭示组织公民行为实质的基础上,探讨酒店员工组织公民行为的提升策略。

Abstract:As zhangjiajie star-rated hotel quantity, levels increase and improve, the customer to high star hotel service quality request more and more high, thus improve employee organizational citizenship behavior, has become the urgent problems facing hotel. Many researchers think organizational citizenship behavior can abiding promote organization overall performance. This article tries to reveal the organizational citizenship behavior essence is discussed based on hotel staff, the strategies of strengthening organizational citizenship behavior.
