摘  要：本文系统的阐述了集约型发展的内涵及其经营特征，并以该理论为基础，对
武陵源风景名胜区的旅游发展现状进行了深入分析，剖析了武陵源风景名胜区在旅游资源开发利用中存在的问题，并提出了合理解决这些问题的对策，为武陵源风景名胜区旅游业的可持续发展提供了理论依据。

Strategis study of theTourism Intensive development in Wulingyuan scenic spot

Abstract: This paper expounds the connotation and management features of the intensive development. Based on this theory, this paper makes a system statement and analysis of the situation of the tourism development in Wulingyuan scenic spot, while analyzing the problems existing in the development and utilization of the tourism resource in wulingyuan scenic spot. It also puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems reasonably, which can be adopted as the environmental management theory of sustainable development in Wulingyuan scenic spot.

一、引言
近年来，我国旅游业发展迅速，但由于旅游企业缺乏合理有效的规划和管理，加之人口众多，国民生态意识较薄弱，生态道德尚未形成普遍的社会风尚，旅游业发展对环境造成了严重的负面影响。
