不动产登记簿的制度构建
摘要：我国《物权法》出台之后，明确规定了不动产登记簿是物权归属和内容的根据，对不动产登记簿的法律内涵进行了明确的界定，对于推动我国不动产登记簿的法制化，具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。然而作为基本法律，《物权法》仅仅是关于不动产登记簿的初步制度架构，对于不动产登记簿各方面具体法律问题的完善，仍需待专门的《不动产登记法》完成。基于此，就如何构建不动产登记簿制度进行讨论，进而推动其制度化进程显得非常重要。

Real property register system to build

Abstract ：After the property law being published throughout China, it regulates that Real property register is the foundation of property ascription and content, and it gives a clear legal definition of Real property register,thus, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to push on the completion of the property law. As a basic law, the property law is just the initial institutional scheme of Real property register,about this, there remains a lot concrete legal problems to be perfected, and requests the specialized law on Real Estate Registration. Consequently, it is of great significance carrying out a discussion on how to establish the institution of Real property register in order to promote the process of the institutionalization of the economic society.
