摘要：本文对经济全球化作为一种主权国家间“协调意志”调整下的国际性制度安排进行了简要的概念界定，并以绝对主权观到相对主权观的衍变为参考，解读了国家经济主权的概念及其具体内容。创造性地将马克思主义哲学原理中的对立统一规律运用到国家经济主权和经济全球化的关系阐述之中，提出了两者关系是永无止境的对立和暂时有限的统一之下主权国家自主选择的结果这样一个新观点。最后，依照顺应时代坚持自我的创新原则为指导，从精神、行动、内因、外因等四个方面为以中国为代表的发展中国家如何树立理性的国家经济主权观以迎接经济全球化挑战指明了方向。

On State economic sovereignty under the background of economic globalization

Abstract: From the angle of the international vicissitudes, the thesis, starts with the elegant explanation of economic globalization as a international institutional Arrangements under the adjustment of “coordinated will” among sovereign states, and interprets the conception and the concrete content of the state economic sovereignty with the reference of the theoretic evolvement from absolute sovereignty to relative sovereignty .It then applies the Marxist rules of the relationship of the unity of opposites to enunciate the close connection between the above two and proposes a entirely new point that the relation between the two is the result of the free choice made by the relevant sovereign states on the basis of ceaseless opposites combined with temporary unity . In the end, it shed some light on how to establish a rational view of state economic sovereignty in order to face and adapt the challenge of economic globalization from the aspect of spiritual, action, internal and external causes in the guidance of conforming to the request of the times while retaining our own identity and integrity.
