深圳举办世界大学生运动会及其治理模式分析
【摘要】举办世界大型体育比赛是一个复杂的系统工程。对主办城市来说，举办一届成功的世界型体育盛会，既能够带来巨大的社会经济效益，也有利于提高城市的国际地位及竞争力。深圳在成功取得了第26届世界大学生运动会的主办权以后，以何种模式来主办这一体坛盛会成为人们广泛关注的话题。本文尝试运用“公共治理”的理念和方法，通过研究深圳成功申办大运会的过程和以往大运会的主办模式，提出了适合深圳特点和未来发展方向的大运会治理模式，即“社会主办，政府监管”的治理模式。

【Abstract】hosting major sports events is a complex systemic project. For a host city, hosting a successful world-sports event would not only bring huge social and economic benefits, but also help raise the city's international status and competitiveness. After Shenzhen succeed in the 26th World Universidad bid, which mode will Shenzhen adopt to host the sports event has become a topic of widespread concern. This paper attempts to use “public governance” concept and method by studying the successful bid process and the previous Universidad host modes and suggest a model——“society host, government supervision” ，which is in accord with Shenzhen’s characteristics and the future direction of hosting the world university games.
