【摘要】 近年来,我国公务员考试形成了报考热潮,公务员录用制度也得到全方位推进,但仍存在一些问题。从我国公务员录用制度的涵义来看我国公务员录用制度实施的实际情况,主要针对报名资格条件和考试这两个环节的公平性和科学性,揭示其存在的问题,探讨中央和地方政府新近出台的一些完善措施。通过搜集相关文献资料和调查归纳,比较研究主要发达国家的公务员录用制度,对公务员录用制度在国内的一些研究成果进行思考,尤其是对于进一步完善公务员录用制度尚需从理论上进行探讨。

【Abstract】 In recent years, many Chinese take the Civil Service Examination and Civil Service Examination system is well carried out in China, but there still exist certain problems. By analyzing the present situation of Civil Service Examination System, mainly about the equity of employment conditions and the scientific nature of examinations, to display the existing problems and discuss central and local government’s countermeasures .Through gathering and supping up sources, to study Civil Service Examination system of developed countries and put forward a good way to perfect this system..
