新时期城市住宅开发理念与实践初探
【摘要】随着科技不断进步，新时期对住宅的发展提出了更高的要求，改善住宅质量是人类最根本的需要。对于新时期的城市住宅，更加关键的是以“可持续发展”、“以人为本”的精神为核心，开发与人文环境相结合，与人类身心健康相互应的新型住宅。本文讨论了新时期以人为本和“可持续发展”的新观点住宅开发理念和实践，以及浅谈了新时期新型住宅的开发方向和战略途径等。

The discussing of the urban housing developing
philosophy and practice in the new era
【Abstract】With technologic advancing, the new era present the higher requirement to the residential development. Improving the quality of residence is the most fundamental human needs. For the urban housing in the new era ,the most critical thing is developing the new mutual housing with the core of the"sustainable-development"and"people-oriented" philosophy ,the combination with the human environment and the harmonization with the the physical and mental health of mankind.This paper discusses the new philosophy and practice of the “sustainable-development” and.Moreover, it also discusses the strategic direction and ways of the new mutual housing development.
