非政府组织在构建和谐社会中的作用 ——xx市义工联个案分析
【摘要】1990年6月6日，“深圳市青少年义务社会工作者联合会”（后易名为“深圳市义工联合会”）正式在民政局注册。它作为全国内地第一个在民政部门注册的志愿者团体，经过16年的发展，深圳现已有注册义工超过14万名，累计组织超过300万人次参加义工服务，并且在深圳有着深厚的群众基础。本文将从非政府组织和和谐社会的内涵入手，通过分析深圳市义务工作者联合会的历程、服务领域和动作模式等方面，研究其在构建和谐社会过程中的作用，并对其存在的问题和对策进行了初步的探讨。

Role of Shenzhen Volunteer in harmonious society
【Abstract】Shenzhen Volunteer was registered with civil branch of government on June 6, 1990.As the first volunteer association registered with civil branch, it has passed through 16 years in its development and has strong popular support. Nowadays the registered volunteer is at least 140,000, over 3,000,000 people have ever taken part their volunteer services. This paper will be accomplished through definition of Non-governmental organizations and harmonious society, mainly focuses on Shenzhen Volunteer’s process, service field, and its action pattern. The purpose of doing this is to show the function of Shenzhen Volunteer. By the way, its problems and solution will be study.
