非政府组织人力资源管理研究
【摘要】 随着社会的发展，人力资源的重要性日益彰显，并成为一切组织的核心资源。对非政府组织来说，人才是其非常重要的因素之一，加强非政府组织的人力资源管理对于非政府组织的发展有着深远的影响。本文通过对非政府组织人力资源管理的特征和基本任务等相关内容的分析，以及比较非政府组织人力资源管理与政府、企业人力资源管理之间的不同，指出了非政府组织人力资源管理的特殊性。并就非政府组织人力资源管理出现的问题结合人力资源管理的相关知识及非政府组织的特点，试提出适合非政府组织人力资源管理的策略。

Study On NGOs Human Resources Management
 
【Abstract】With the development of society, the importance of human resources has become obvious, as the core resources in all organizations. Of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), talent is everything; human resources management of non-governmental organizations plays a role of the far-reaching impact in the organization development. This article is based on non-governmental organizations, human resources management features and basic tasks of the analysis. Comparing the differences of human resources management in  non-governmental organizations, the government and enterprises. Highlight human resources management particularity. Some appropriate solutions and strategies for human resources management of non-governmental organizations are proposed.
