公允价值计量对我国银行业影响分析
摘　要：运用公允价值计量资产负债是如今企业最广泛的做法，银行业也不例外。但是自从金融危机爆发后，雷曼兄弟的倒下等一些企业和机构的受挫，引发了人们对于公允价值之于金融机构影响的讨论。我国公允价值的运用时间尚短，政策法规、市场环境、监督机制等还不够成熟，造成公允价值计量在实际运用中碰到诸多问题。本文透过分析公允价值的特点对于银行业的意义、影响提出相关改进建议以促进公允价值在我国银行业的健康发展。

Fair Value Measurement to Our Country Banking Impact Analysis
Abstract：The enterprise use the fair value measurement asset and liability is now the most extensive practice, Banking is no exception. But after the outbreak since the financial crisis, Lehman's collapse and some other enterprises and institutions of setbacks has sparked the fair value of the financial institutions for the influence of discussion. Our country fair value of using time still short, policies and regulations, market environment and the supervision system mature enough, causing the fair value measurement in actual use met many problems. This paper through analyzing the characteristics of the fair value of meaning, influence for the banking industry puts forward related Suggestions for improvement to promote fair value in the healthy development of China's banking industry.
