外商直接投资对我国外汇储备的影响及监管探讨
摘  要

改革开发以来，中国的经济逐步走向了世界，越来越多的跨国企业把投资的目标转向了中国；与此同时，我国的外汇储备数额飞速增长，规模不断扩大。然而，虽然诸多理论和数据表明，吸引外商来华进行直接投资对于我国的经济发展和结构改革有着推动作用，但同时，我们依旧不能忽视巨额外商资本流入导致外汇储备激增而带来的隐患和弊端。随着外汇储备的增大，外商直接投资对我国内外经济的影响也越来越大。本文拟分析我国外汇储备的现状、目前我国外汇管理存在的问题与面临的新挑战，同时，针对现状及权限，提出完善管理体系的个人想法，以使得我国日益庞大的外商直接投资资产得到愈发合理的利用和日趋有效的引导监控。

ABSTRACT

Since reformation and opening, more and more multi-national companies have set their investment project in mainland China for its internationalization.  At the same time, our country's foreign exchange reserve grows dramatically in these years.  Although several theories and experiment data have showed that foreign direct investment has the improvement and impetus function to our economic development and structural reform, the potential danger and disadvantages from the abruptly increase of foreign exchange reserve, which is caused by the enormous foreign capital inflow in recent years, should not be ignored.  With the continuously growing of our foreign exchange reserve, international direct investment in our country will have more effect on China’s both internal and external economy.  This paper set about from the current condition of China foreign exchange reserve, the existing problems and new challenges of foreign exchange management, and put forward some ideas and suggestions toward the existing circumstances.
