中国商业银行个人理财业务研究
摘  要

随着近年来国民经济的迅猛发展,居民财富积累也在不断增加,“个人理财”业务应运而生,满足了大众的投资需求。同时,商业银行传统业务贷利差不断缩小,被迫寻找新的利润增长点。由此,个人理财业务发展的必要性和重要性充分显现。
本文首先研究了个人理财所依据的理论基础,再通过比较国内外个人理财业务客户需求和营销方式的异同,找出了国内商业银行在发展个人理财业务时存在的种种问题,如:欠缺专业人才、产品单调、营销手段落后等并分析了造成这些问题的原因。
最后为商业银行未来发展个人理财业务提出几点策略,从政府宏观举措以及商业银行自身素质两方面着手,将个人理财业务推向良性发展。

ABSTRACT
Recent years, with the rapid development of national economy, residents' wealth has also increased."personal finance" business has come to satisfy the masses' demand of investment. Meanwhile,the profit of Chinese commercial Banks' traditional business has shrunk a lot which forced them to seek new profit growth point. Thus, the necessity and the importance of developing the personal finance business has been fully revealed.
This paper firstly studied the theoretic foundation of personal finance, then compared the domestic personal finance business of customer's needs and marketing methods with foreign one. The similarities and differences between them help us to find out the problems of the current personal finance business, such as: the lack of professional talents, monotonous product and backward marketing method, and to analyze the causes of the problems.
Finally,this paper put forward some strategies of future development of the personal finance business in Chinese commercial Banks.Make effort to the government macro measures as well as commercial Banks' own quality, and the improvement on these two aspects will push the personal finance business's development.
