我国企业内部控制存在的问题及完善对策
摘 要：当前，全球经济随着一体化的趋势，不仅在产品方面实现生产模式化，而且在原材料、配件方面实现统一采购、集体分包的模式；另外，在2008、2009年中国又经历了国际金融危机这种难以预料、破坏性极大的经济突变，这一切就使得企业遭遇经营风险、财务风险的概率都大幅度增加。在这种环境下，企业要想适应市场变化、规避风险,保证资产安全完整，就必须建立健全企业内部控制，从根本上提升企业风险控制和防范水平，并在出现问题时及时采取风险防范措施。

Chinese Enterprises’ Internal Control Problems and Solutions
Abstract: at present, with the trend of integration, the global economy, not only realize the mode of production in products, but also realize the harmonization of procurement and the model of collective distribution in raw materials and replacement. In addition,China suffered the International financial crisis which is difficult to predict and devastating in the year of 2008 and 2009. All this makes that the probability of firms experienced the business risk and the financial risk increase greatly. In this environment, in order to adapt to market changes, avoid risks and ensure security of assets, enterprises have to establish a sound internal control and fundamentally improve risk control and prevent corporate level ，and take timely risk prevention measures when problems arise .
