政府绩效审计评价标准体系探讨
摘　要：从世界各国绩效审计发展的情况来看，政府绩效审计作为政府审计的一个重要分支，在整个政府审计工作中所占的比例越来越大，绩效审计已渐渐成为现代审计的主流，随着《审计署2008至2012年审计工作发展规划》的发布，我国绩效审计有了进一步地发展，但我国的政府绩效审计起步比较晚，存在不少问题，由于政府项目混杂，建立一套完善的评价标准成了阻碍我国快速发展绩效审计的主要因素之一。绩效审计评价标准既是对某项活动的绩效进行评价的尺度，也是同被审计单位交流沟通的基础，会直接影响审计结论。

A study on evaluation standard of government performanc audit

Abstract：According to the development of performance audit all over the world,performance audit，as an important branch of government  audit，is accounting for larger and larger proportion in government audit，performance audit has gradually become the mainstream of audit, with "the 2008 to 2012 audit development planning", performance audit has further development in China, but national government performance audit started late, some problems are still exsisting.Because the various government projects, setting up a set of perfect evaluation standards become one of obstacles to have a further development. evaluation standard of performance audit is an assessment scale for auditing,communicating intermediary with the auditees,and it even influence auditing results.
