我国社会保障制度建设起步较晚，有关老年女性的保障措施不够完善加之老年女性自身条件限制，使得这个群体的生存状况令人堪忧。本文在调查分析我国老年女性养老保障现状诸多症结的基础上，吸取发达国家关于老年女性养老保障的先进制度，提出了逐步完善我国老年女性养老保障制度，提高老年女性群体养老待遇的建议，从而更好地体现社会保障制度的普遍性原则。

Abstract: The social security system started late in China, so the related system is imperfect. Coupled with the shortcomings of the old-aged women themselves, the survival of the group is worrying. Looking into the present surviving situation of the old-aged women, analyzing the cause of this problem in China and studying the advanced security system in developed countries, this paper aims to improve legal provisions of pension social security, gradually increase the social security benefits of aged female in China.
