大学生自我概念与人格的相关研究
【摘要】  目的：探讨大学生自我概念发展特点及其与人格的相关关系。方法：采用田纳西自我概念量表与艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版（EPQ-RSC），对重庆市三所大学随机抽取的163名1-4年级的学生进行了调查。结果：①在自我概念总分和社会自我，自我批判，自我满意，自我行动外的所有维度上，女生得分均显著高于男生。②从年级上来看，大学生自我概念在一、二、四年级基本上随着年级的升高而发展，大三为最低点，在大四达到最高峰。③一年级，二年级，三年级，四年级大学生在自我概念的家庭自我和自我批判维度上存在着显著性差异；同时，男女生在自我概念的家庭自我维度上存在着显著性差异。④自我概念与人格之间存在着显著性的负相关。其中，自我概念总分分别与精神质，神经质维度之间呈较高的负相关，而与外向维度呈较高的正相关。结论：大学生自我概念与人格呈较高负相关，这表明积极的自我概念是大学生良好人格特征形成与完善的重要因素。

【Abstract】 Objective: Discusses the university student self-concept development characteristic and with the personality correlational dependence.  Method: Uses the Tennessee self-concept meter and Eysenck personality questionnaire skeleton symbol meter China version (EPQ-RSC), has carried on the investigation to the Chongqing three university draw an item at random 163 1-4 grade students.  Finally:①In the self-concept total score and the society, the self-criticism, self-satisfaction, outside in self-motion all dimensions, the female student scores points obviously is higher than the male student.②Looked from the grade that, the university student self-concept in one, two, the 4th class basically develops along with the grade ascension, big three is the perigee, in big four achieves the high point.③The freshman class, the second year, the third year, the 4th class university student self-and in the self-criticism dimension has the significance difference in the self-concept family; At the same time, the male female student has the significance difference in the self-concept family self-dimension.④Between the self-concept and the personality has the significance inverse correlation.Among them, the self-concept total score separately with the energetic nature, between the nervous dimension assumes the high inverse correlation, but assumes the high correlation with the extroverted dimension. Conclusion: The university student self-concept and the personality assume the high inverse correlation, this indicated the positive self-concept is the university student good personality characteristic forms with the consummation important attribute.
