大学生择业心理研究
摘要  择业是大学生学有所成、走向社会的一个抉择点，也是人生道路上的一个转折点。随着我国社会主义市场经济的逐步建立和教育体制改革的不断深化，我国高校毕业生就业分配制度进行了重大的调整改革，同时又因大学生各自的家庭、环境、社会背景、个人经历、所学专业等的不同，对就业的期望值也不尽相同，因而产生了不同的择业心理。本文主要在查阅相关文献资料的基础上，对当代大学毕业生的择业现象进行分析综述研究，以了解当代大学毕业生的各种复杂择业心理，以期能给大学毕业生择业就业提供一些有益的帮助。

On the mental status of contemporary college students about the career

Abstract  Selecting career is becoming a turning point not only after university students the graduates take part in the society, but also for their life on the road. With our socialist market economy’s gradual building up and the continuous reform of education system, as well as the major readjustment of distribution system, the college graduates may have a different career psychology based on their family, environment, social background, personal experience, and their majors. This paper mainly investigates their various contemporary career psychologies in order to provide some useful help when selecting careers.
