摘  要:现代秘书工作复杂多样,谈判作为其中一项发挥着日益重要的作用。随着经济的发展,企业秘书队伍日益壮大,对于这些秘书而言,商务谈判自然而然成为工作中的一部分。当今社会,商务谈判扮演着愈来愈重要的角色。无论是国家间的贸易谈判,还是生活中的讨价还价,归根结底都存在着商务谈判的某些特色。商务谈判的成功与否不仅直接展示着商务谈判人员能力的高低,而且关系着贸易的最终利益,甚至可能影响企业的形象和未来的发展前景。做好商务谈判工作需要智慧,更需要策略与技巧,而且至关重要。由于经济的快速发展,环境的不断变化,商务谈判的策略与技巧研究也在不断深入,需要继承,更需要发展和创新。鉴于此,决定论述商务谈判的策略与技巧,希望能够提供一些借鉴。

On the strategy and skills of business negotiation
 
Abstract:Work of secretary in modern time is complicated and of all kinds. As one part of that work, negotiation elaborates more and more important functions. With the development of economy, the group of secretaries in enterprises grows increasingly. As for these secretaries, business negotiation becomes some part of their work naturally. In modern society, business negotiation plays a more and more important role. In the final analysis, some characteristics of business negotiation exist both in trade negotiation between coutries and bargain in daily life. The result of business negotiation, success or failure, affects a lot. It not only indicates one’s capability in business negotiation, but also has relations with the trade’s ultimate benefits. It even influences the company’s images and development prospect in future. Intelligence is needed to do the work well, so is strategy and skills. That’s very important. Because of the economy development with high-speed and continuous change of environment, the investigations into strategy and skills of business negotiation are going deep constantly. They need inheritance as well as development and creation. Accordingly, this treatise’s theme is on strategy and skills of business negotiation, with a hope to provide some references.
