论会议后排现象
 
【摘  要】会议作为一种工作方法，是讨论问题，解决问题的一个重要平台。而“会议后排现象”使正常的会议工作效率降低，会场管理混乱。其后果是让单位的形象和声誉受损，产生一定的负面影响。本文共分四个部分，分别从“会议后排现象”的负面影响入手，针对其负面影响探究其社会原因和心理原因，进行了全面的分析。本文力求从会议体制上和对其员工及领导等方面，来解决“会议后排现象”。提出在实际工作中着力解决“会议后排现象”问题，有利于提高工作效率，促进会议组织的科学化。

A brief analysis of the phenomenon of meeting back row
 

【Summaty】The meeting as a kind of work and ways to solve the problem is to disscuss the problem,one of the platform.“The meeting is”to the back of the work efficiency and reduce and manage confusion,the image and reputation compromised and negative impact.Aimed at the negative impact in its social and psychological reasons,have undertaken all-round analysis.This paper seeks from the meeting institutional and other aspects of its staff and leadership to solve “the meeting back phenomenon”.
