论当代领导者的放权技巧——从《西游记》谈起
摘  要：个体意识的觉醒致使传统的刚性管理理念遭遇冲击，现代领导工作环境的巨大改变也给领导者的管理意识带来了巨大震动。所以领导者们惯用的集权式的管理模式急需改变。将权力下放给下属，激发他们的工作积极性，也成为领导者超脱与日常管理事务的必由之路。本文将从《西游记》中领导者放权艺术着手，采取全面客观、冷静的态度，从集权和放权正反两个方面举例，旨在通过对领导者工作环境、管理理念改变的描述阐述领导者放权技巧的必要性，进一步分析放权的类型、放权的原则、人本主义和柔性管理理念等，阐明现代领导者放权技巧的重要性。其中穿插介绍了我国改革开放的时代背景下，领导者为适应市场经济的体制的改革更应改变管理理念，学会适当放权。

This paper from the "monkey" leader decentralization art, adopting all-round objective, calm attitude from centralization and decentralization, positive and negative aspects of leaders, for example, aims to work environment, management concept change description described the necessity of leaders decentralization skills, further analysis of the types, decentralization autonomy principle, humanism and flexible management concept, etc, expounds the importance of modern leader decentralization skills. Among them is introduced with our country reform and open policy the background, the leader in order to meet the market economic system reform, more should change management concept learn proper decentralization.
