慎独的艺术
中文摘要：“慎独”是儒家的一个重要概念。所谓“慎独”，是指人们在独自活动无人监督的情况下，凭着高度自觉，按照一定的道德规范行动，而不做任何有违道德信念、做人原则之事。作为当今为人做事的标准，本文分析社会工作人员对“慎独”的认知情况和“慎独”的社会大背景，并在此基础上给出建议，如何培养和完善社会工作中对“慎独”的履行以及“慎独”在当今社会个人道德修养方面的现实意义。结合此分析概括出当前“慎独”在社会工作中的推广形势和我们的任务。

The Art Of Self-Supervision
 
Abstract："Self-Supervision" is an important concept in Confucianism. The so-called "Self-Supervision" is a life principle where one will consciously not do anything in contrary to a certain set of the moral beliefs, without external supervision of another person. As the standard of man’s behavior in today’s world, this paper analyzes working class’understanding of "Self-Supervision" and its immense social background. Offering advice on how to train and work on improving the "Self-Supervision" in the society and its practical significance. In addition, making a summary of the trend of promoting the "Self-Supervision" and our role in making it happen.
