试论秘书的职业道德
摘  要：职业道德是一个亘古不变的话题。职业自古有之。伴随着职业的出现，对于职业的相关道德规范要求就在长期的实践中得以成长、得以壮大。秘书这个职业也有其自身的职业道德。早在原始社会后期，秘书工作就已经产生于氏族部落领导集团活动中了。可以说，秘书工作具有相当长的历史。这就为研究秘书的职业道德的必要性增加了时间这一“砝码”。而秘书职业道德的研究无疑也就成了一个非常重要、非常艰巨的任务。它不仅可以让我们了解各个时期的秘书工作的状况和特点，同时也可以使我们从中借鉴一些宝贵的经验，汲取一些精华，从而升华秘书人员自身的素质修养，提高秘书从业人员的工作能力，改进工作方式和工作态度，进而为我们当代社会主义职业道德建设“添砖加瓦”。

On Professional Ethics of Secretary
 
Abstract：Professional ethics is a topic that is eternally immutable. Occupations have turned up since ancient times. With the appearance of occupations, relevant moral norms developed and became complete in the course of long-term practice. Secretary, as an occupation, also has its own professional ethics. Secretarial work, which came into being in the activities carried out by leadership groups of clan tribes, can date back to late primitive society. As a result, secretarial work has a long history, which thus adds the weight of time to the necessity of studying the professional ethics of secretary. Therefore, the study of professional ethics of secretary is no doubt a rather important and tough task. Not only can it give us a chance to learn the condition and traits of secretarial work in different times, but it also gives us some precious experience and make us get some essence. As a result, secretaries’ qualities can be sublimated. Their productive capacity can be increased, so can their working methods and working attitudes be improved, thus making contributions to the contemporary construction of socialist professional ethics.
