浅议企业养老保险问题及对策
摘  要：养老保险是企业存在发展不可或缺的一部分，然而在企业发展的进程里，由于部分员工（特别是农民工）缺乏对养老保险的认识，会导致养老保险阻碍企业更好的发展。目前，我国并未在全国范围内形成统一的农民工养老保险政策,各地制度条块分割，严重阻碍了劳动力资源的合理配置与流动。本文拟从企业本身出发揭示了农民工目前的社会养老保险状况，阐述农民工社会养老保险的必然性和紧迫性；同时分析我国目前农民工养老保险的面临的问题及国家政策的缺陷，并基于此提出有针对性的对策、建议。

Abstract: endowment insurance is an integral part of the enterprise exists, but the development in the process of enterprise development, since some people, (particularly migrant workers) lack of endowment insurance understanding, can cause endowment insurance hinder enterprise better development. At present, our country was not a nationwide form a unified old-age insurance policy for peasant workers, each system intersected, seriously hindered the labor reasonable allocation of resources and flow. This article, from the enterprise itself start reveals the migrant workers current social endowment insurance situation of social endowment insurance, expounds the necessity of migrant workers and urgency; We analyzed the present rural migrant workers of endowment insurance and the problems facing the defects of national policy, and based on this put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions.
