我国房地产上市公司股利政策存在的问题及优化建议
摘　要：股利政策是现代企业财务管理的核心要素之一。一项合理的股利政策有助于公司长期在资本市场中建立起良好的企业形象，为公司的发展创造有利的决策条件，使上市公司的财务决策、股利政策具有积极的意义。为此，各国学者对其进行了大量的研究。本文从我国房地产上市公司股利分配的现状入手，在借鉴参考前人对股利政策影响因素的研究基础上，来进一步讨论如何规范和完善我国房地产上市公司的股利政策。

Review of Dividend Policy of Listed Companies of China

Abstract：The dividend policy is the core of modern corporate Financial Management one of the elements. A reasonable dividend policy will help the company in the capital markets and establish a good corporate image for the company's long-term Development and create favorable conditions for the listed company's financial decision-making, dividend policy has a positive significance. Therefore, scholars from various countries were carried out extensive research. This article is start from the dividend policy of listed companies of present situation, drawing reference to the previous studies of dividend policy factors of listed companies to further discuss how to standardize and improve the dividend policy of listed companies of our country.
